Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 48 hours of concluding the purchase agreement without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 48 hours from the time of your order.

After this period, we begin the individual production of your custom mattress, cushion, or accessory.
From that point on, a withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as the goods are made according to your specifications and clearly tailored to your personal needs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vanmade GmbH, Max-Mengeringhausen-Straße 21, 97084 Würzburg, Germany, email: support@vanmade.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract within the withdrawal period, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

Special Provisions for Custom-Made and Standard Goods

Custom-made mattresses:
Custom-made products are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, as a special service, we offer you our 33-night trial promise: (if delivery address is in Germany)
You may return your custom-made mattress (without folding function or special features) within 33 days of delivery at our expense — without giving any reason.
This requires you active cooperation in the return process (e.g., packaging, scheduling the pickup).

Custom cushions, fitted sheets, and other custom accessories:
These products are excluded from exchange and withdrawal because they are manufactured according to your measurements (Section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

Standard items (e.g., pillows, covers, blankets):
For standard products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Sections 355 et seq. BGB applies.
