Lieferung: Am 02.08. haben wir die Ware bestellt. Am 26.08. kam die Nachricht, dass die Ware zugestellt wurde, wir haben jedoch nichts erhalten. Nach Telefonat und E-Mail-Verkehr mit dem Kundenservice stand zunächst die Aussage im Raum, dass die Ware wahrscheinlich an einen anderen Kunden geschickt wurde. (Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!). Letztere Aussage wurde nach interner Klärung revidiert. Tatsächlich wurde uns eine falsche Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt, wodurch wir die Sendung eines anderen Kunden verfolgt haben. Die Ware wurde letztendlich am 05.09. zugestellt. 5 Wochen Lieferzeit. Erhalt der Ware: Die Polster wurden einvakumiert und vollkommen sauber angeliefert - keine Produktionsspuren erkennbar. Auch die Maßhaltigkeit ist super - die drei Polster-Teile (zwei davon Klappbar) passen sich super in die Liegefläche ein. Die Polster sehen optisch super aus und fassen sich qualitativ hochwertig an. Erste Nacht: Nach der ersten Übernachtung mussten wir feststellen, dass wir die Polster als sehr hart empfinden und zudem schmerzen in den Gelenken hatten. Wir waren verunsichert und wendeten uns erneut an den Kundensupport. Unsere Vermutung war, dass nicht der Schaumstoff mit der Härte H2-weich, sondern H3 oder gar H4 verwendet wurde. Der Kundensupport klärte den Sachverhalt umgehend mit der Fertigung. Entgegen unserer Vermutung wurde uns bestätigt, dass es sich um den Schaumstoff mit dem Härtegrad H2 handelt. Tatsächlich waren wir sehr überrascht, dass es sich bei diesem Schaumstoff um den Härtegrad „H2 - weich“ handelt, der auf der Website mit den Worten „Fokus Schlafen“ beworben wird. Das ist unserer Ansicht nach sehr irreführend, weil man ein halbwegs weiches Polster erwartet, jedoch ein äußerst festes, hartes Polster bekommt. Das ist zum Sitzen in Ordnung. Wenn man jedoch tendenziell ein weicherer Schläfer ist, wacht man am nächsten Tag bzw. während der Nacht mit Schmerzen auf. Kundensupport: Wir haben dem Kundensupport unsere Kritik widergespiegelt, der diese unverzüglich an den Teamleiter weitergab. Anschließend erhielten wir die höchst erfreuliche Nachricht, dass Vanmade unseren Fall lösen möchte. Wir wurden eingeladen, drei weichere alternativ-Polster probe zu liegen. Anschließend schickte uns Vanmade unseren Favoriten zu - Bezahlen mussten wir nichts! Dadurch hat uns Vanmade wirklich gezeigt, dass die Kundenzufriedenheit bei ihnen im Mittelpunkt steht! Mit einer derartigen Unterstützung hatten wir nicht gerechnet und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Die neuen Polsterteile passen perfekt in unsere Bezüge und bieten ein deutlich besseres Liegegefühl, welches und als weichen Schläfern gerecht wird. Fazit: Die Polster sind gut verarbeitet und optisch sehr ansprechend. Nach der ersten Nacht auf den anfangs bestellten Polstern waren wir sehr enttäuscht und dachten: „wir haben ein sehr teures Produkt erworben, das seinen Haupt-Zweck „Fokus Schlafen“ in einem Selbst ausgebauten Van nicht erfüllt“. Nach dem ausführlichen Austausch mit dem Kundensupport und der daraus resultierenden Lösung, einem neuen, weicheren Polster, sind wir hellauf begeistert und können Vanmade weiterempfehlen!
