Payment in advance

If you would like to pay in advance, we ask you to transfer the total amount of your order to the specified bank account. The specified delivery time starts as soon as the order has been approved by our accounting department.

Installment payment

We offer you the completely comfortable installment purchase of our Vanmade mattresses via Klarna installment purchase. For further conditions see here.

Purchase on account

Our Klarna purchase on account works simply: You have 14 days from the order to pay the order and the specified invoice amount. You only pay when you have received your Vanmade mattress. You will receive the invoice by email and can pay with ease as soon as you have received the mattress.

Credit card

You can also easily pay with a credit card. We currently offer you payment via Visa and Mastercard. During the ordering process you have the option of entering your credit card details and placing the order. Don't worry: our web shop is fully SSL encrypted.

Instant bank transfer

If you choose the instant transfer option, you will be directed to a separate page and can place the order via instant transfer. As soon as the ordering process has been completed, the order is released in our system and the specified delivery time starts.

PayPal / PayPal Express

Paypal is the largest payment processing service in the world and we offer you complete security. If you want to pay for the order via Paypal, you will be redirected to an external site in the next step and can pay for the order.

Shipping Costs Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.99 per 2 mattress/upholstery pieces.

Shipping Costs Europe

For deliveries within Europe, we charge a flat rate of EUR 29.99 per 2 mattress/upholstery pieces.

Shipping Costs to Third Countries

For deliveries to third countries within Europe (e.g., Switzerland), we charge a flat rate of EUR 49.99 gross per 2 mattress/upholstery pieces. For orders over EUR 1,000, we ship via a freight forwarder at a minimum cost of EUR 149.99.

Important Seasonal Information:
Order volume peaks every year in March, April, and May, and delays may occur during these months. In addition, many holidays affect our production.
Please allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks for these periods.

Shipping Partners

We ship your order with DHL or DPD, our partners for the highest quality standards, fast, and secure transport.
All information has been provided by the respective service provider.

DHL Desired Day

With the Desired Day (Delivery Day) service, you can specify the day on which your shipment should be delivered.

DHL Forwarding

Your package is on its way, but you won't be home on the delivery day? Flexibly change the delivery location for your shipment and redirect your packages to a Packstation or branch near you.

Deposit DHL parcels on the property

Specify a location on your property that is protected from the weather and not visible. DHL will leave your package at your desired drop-off location.

DHL Sustainability

Since 2011, DHL has been transporting all domestic parcels and packages for DHL private customers sustainably with GoGreen by investing in global climate protection projects, thus contributing to environmental protection.

DPD Predict

To ensure your package arrives on the first delivery attempt, Predict will inform you down to the hour when your package will be delivered.

DPD How It Works

On the day of delivery, DPD will provide you with a one-hour delivery window via live tracking. Shortly before delivery, you'll know exactly when they'll ring your doorbell, to the nearest 30 minutes.

DPD Live Tracking

On the day of delivery, you can track your parcel on a precise map and see the number of stops it makes before reaching its destination.

DPD Preferred Delivery or Drop-Off Request

Are you not at home? Then you can conveniently request a drop-off request or redirect the parcel to a Pickup Parcel Shop. If you can't pick up the parcel yourself, you also have the option of issuing a power of attorney.

DPD Sustainability

For many years, DPD has been investing in effective measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Together with Geopost, they aim to achieve net-zero emissions by 2040.
