The high-resilience cold foam with a density of 40 kg/m³ is the ideal choice for sleeping cushions with high lying comfort. Thanks to its point-elastic structure, it perfectly adapts to the body’s contours and ensures even pressure distribution. Available in two firmness levels, it offers both softer comfort for relaxed sinking in and firmer support for more stable lying – depending on your personal sleep preference.

Alle unsere Polster werden stets als fertiges Produkt gefertigt. Solltest du etwas Anderes wünschen, schaue gern bei unserem Zubehör vorbei.
Unser Natural Hybrid Schaumstoff bei den Sitzpolstern und Sitz- & Schlafpolstern besteht aus einem High-Resilience-Kaltschaum und den besten Eigenschaften eines PU-Schaums (Polyurethan, wie in deiner Matratze zuhause) sowie nachhaltigen Rohstoffen. So wird Deine Matratze hoch atmungsaktiv mit einer festeren Struktur.
Der Kaltschaum wird - wie der Name schon Preis gibt - kalt geschäumt und lässt Dich bei hoher Punktelastizität sanft einsinken. Der Natural Hybrid Schaum, der mit Wärmezufuhr geschäumt wird, verfügt über eine etwas festere Struktur, die für mehr Unterstützung sorgt. Beide Schäume bieten eine hohe Atmungsaktivität und sind absolut formstabil.
Ja! Mit unserem Online-Konfigurator kannst Du Deine Polster individuell gestalten. Gib Deine genauen Maße, die gewünschte Form und zusätzliche Optionen wie Klettband oder Anti-Rutsch Verbindung an und erhalte direkt eine Übersicht über die Kosten und das Gewicht Deiner Polster.
Bei unserer Vanmade® Original Matratze, der Premium Matratze und den Polstern wird der Reißverschluss grundsätzlich mittig angebracht. Topper und Matratzen erhalten den Reißverschluss an der Unterseite. Je nach Konfiguration ist es bei den Polstern notwendig, den Reißverschluss U-förmig über 2-3 Seiten zu vernähen und wird sinnvoll von unseren Mitarbeitern gesetzt. Solltest du spezielle Wünsche zum Reißverschlusslauf haben, schreibe uns gern.
