Do the mattresses and upholstery always come with covers when ordered?

All our mattresses are always manufactured as finished products. If you would like something different, please take a look at our accessories.

How does mattress height affect lying comfort?

Theoretically, it's quite simple – the thicker the mattress, the more comfortable it is to lie on. From a thickness of approx. 12 cm, there is more scope in terms of softness and medium firmness. Below this, a firmer version should be chosen.

How do I find the right level of firmness for me?

You will find a complete explanation of the degrees of firmness in the product descriptions. The key factors here are your body weight, your sleeping preferences and the desired height of your mattress/upholstery.

Can you sleep directly on the mattress covers?

We recommend that you always use a fitted sheet or mattress topper. Just like at home, a mattress cover is more delicate than your sofa set – using a protective cover will also increase the longevity of your mattress.

How accurately will my specified measurements be reproduced in the final product?

Your measurements are manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 5 mm.

Especially for vehicles like motorhomes, campers, or caravans, it's important that the mattress is perfectly adapted to the available space.
